Red Sands Creative is a small, creative agency nestled in the heart of Mparntwe / Alice Springs.
Surrounded by the rich culture and stunning landscapes of Central Australia, we draw daily inspiration from the place we are privileged to call home. Since 2024, we have had the honor to work as an Ally alongside Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), and Territory businesses and organisations on both a local and national level, forming deep relationships across the country. Every project is approached with care, creativity, and a genuine passion for what we do.
To us, relationships are everything. Our approach to storytelling and working in a culturally safe way is an important part of our practice, ensuring we put people first before anything else.
Our mission is simple: deliver high-quality, meaningful work across a variety of mediums — from design and illustration to photography, video, and beyond. We’re committed to constant growth, each and every day.

Meet the Red Sands Team
JESSE
Director | Videographer + Photographer
Jesse has been living and working on Arrernte Country in Mparntwe, Alice Springs since 2021. With a strong passion for visual storytelling and connection, he is constantly learning, meeting people from all walks of life and refining his craft as an aspiring DoP.
He has Chilean heritage and has been working alongside First Nations organisations and businesses for the past six years, beginning as an all-round assistant at the Illawarra Aboriginal Corporation before moving to Alice Springs and freelancing with a multitude of Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), Federal and Government Departments and Territory businesses and organisations.
His passion lies in short-form documentary, community, and grassroots initatives that benefit the communities of Alice Springs, the Northern Territory and beyond.
CAITLIN
Lead Graphic Designer
Born in Darwin and based between Top End and Alice Springs, Caitlin is the lead graphic designer at Red Sands Creative with 8+ years of experience in illustration, branding and logo design.
Joining the team in late 2024, Caitlin has complimented the team with her attention to detail and creative flair, shifting Red Sands Creative direction from a video only agency, to a creative agency that offers our clients in Alice Springs and beyond, design and animation.
Outside of design work, Caitlin works as a tattoo artist in the Territory.
